# CMS-aiChemist Status Update — 2026-04-06

## Current State

- **Git**: `origin/master` @ `f0cad60`
- **Tests passed**: Test 2 (EmDash Blog), Test 3 (Token Cascade) — BOTH PASS
- **Alert component**: Implemented (`58a4c57`) — 4 variants, 15 DTCG tokens, shared UI, design system showcase
- **Token pipeline**: 109 tokens (was 94), fully functional
- **Both surfaces build**: Next.js (7 routes) + Astro (blog routes)

## Remaining Tests

- Test 1 (Stitch): Needs browser environment
- Test 4 (Penpot MCP): Awaiting integration validation
- Test 5 (ADW-to-CSA): Awaiting end-to-end run

## Operational Status

- **Self-healing loop**: Active — surfacing findings and implementing improvements automatically
- **Brain sources**: 15 total (test plan + self-healing loop added)

## Summary

The CMS-aiChemist project has reached a strong milestone. Two of five end-to-end tests pass cleanly. The Alert component demonstrates the full design-system pipeline: DTCG tokens flow from the token pipeline through shared UI into both Next.js and Astro surfaces. The token count has grown from 94 to 109 as the system matures. The self-healing improvement loop is operational, continuously identifying and resolving issues. Three tests remain, each requiring specific external capabilities (browser, Penpot MCP, ADW integration).
